Meet Denise Lynch

I moved here from NY in August of 2020. I'm married with three kids (24, 21, and 12) My oldest lives in Knoxville, TN. She recently graduated from UTK (GBO), and my son is back in NY with his dad. He is studying to be an EMT working towards the FDNY. My youngest is in middle school here in Gallatin, and cheers for Cheerville.

I worked in digital media for many years and got my RE license to work referrals. When I moved to TN, I switched gears and jumped into being a full-time agent.

I have a passion for finding the perfect home for a buyer, no matter what it takes. I listen to my clients and take all their needs and wants seriously. I service all of Middle TN and have no problem making a two-hour ride in either direction to show and list a home. Often I find the rides through the outskirts of TN relaxing as I love the beautiful views of the land and mountains.

On a personal note, I am an avid dog lover with two Samoyeds and one Golden Retriever. Eventually, I would love to find a small home on a large fenced-in 5+ acre lot out in the countryside.
